Cancellation Policy

In order to be fair to all of our students and instructors, we ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your lesson, so we have the opportunity to re-book the time. Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full price of the lesson.

If you are unsure if you can make your lesson on any given week, it is best to cancel in advance, as we cannot hold the spot open. If your plans change and the lesson time is still available, we are happy to schedule you back in.

A note about extended leaves

If you will be away for an extended period of time (>1 month), you may ask us to freeze your lesson time slot to ensure that it remains available upon your return. The cost to do this is 1/3 of your regular lesson fee, payable on a monthly basis. If you choose not to institute a freeze we will accommodate you when you come back to the studio, although your choice of instructor and/or day and time slot may  change.
 

 

Vaccination Policy

Until further notice, we request that all vaccinated students show their vaccination card before participating in order to take lessons without wearing a mask. Students who are unvaccinated or unwilling to share their status must wear a mask. We are monitoring Massachusetts’ COVID-19 preventative safety measures will adhere to any new guidelines or restrictions as they develop.
